I don't know about you, but I have been getting tight and stiff from sitting in the house for almost four weeks!! A great thing to do is to get up and run around the yard with your child(ren) while revisiting your childhood cardio style backyard games.
If you grew up in earlier years, you may remember playing stick ball, street ball, freeze tag, London Bridges, etc.. Growing up in the 90's, I rode bikes, played Hide and Seek, Mother May I, Red Light-Green Light, and much more.
