About CR Counseling
CR Counseling was created by a young African-American female (Charlece Bishop, MS, LMFT) whose idea to promote eating disorder awareness to the African American population was denied by a private company. CR Counseling prides itself on offering affordable counseling services for the community. CR Counseling will teach you how to manage and cope with chaos, process childhood memories, and work through the uncomfortable emotions.
Use CR Counseling as a resource to release your thoughts, emotions, and feelings while learning new techniques to cope with life's hardships. Think of therapy as a safe space to sort through thoughts and emotions you have difficulty with on your own. I am inviting you take a leap of faith and do something different by engaging in your journey to create change in you.
