Jade Williams is the Social Media Manager for CR Counseling & Consulting Services, bringing a people-first, trauma-informed approach to the practice’s digital presence. With extensive experience working in community programs, and nonprofit leadership, Jade understands firsthand how mental health shows up in real life, not just in theory.
Jade’s work is rooted in making mental health conversations feel accessible, honest, and human. She specializes in translating clinical insight into content that resonates with everyday experiences, whether that’s navigating relationships, setting boundaries, managing stress, or simply trying to get through a hard season. Her goal is to ensure CR Counseling’s online spaces feel safe, affirming, and reflective of the care clients receive inside the therapy room. Outside of social media management, Jade is deeply involved in program development, curriculum creation, and empowerment-focused initiatives, particularly for women and families navigating trauma, housing instability, and life transitions. She brings both professional expertise and lived understanding into her work, allowing her to approach storytelling with empathy, clarity, and intention. Jade believes social media can be more than promotion, it can be a point of connection, education, and encouragement. Through thoughtful strategy and authentic messaging, she helps CR Counseling show up online in a way that feels real, supportive, and aligned with its mission to foster healing and growth within the community. |
