As a therapist, who holds multiple roles in life, Drew Ri’Chard understands the load of balancing your day to day. You love your kids, but motherhood feels heavier than you imagined. You embrace being a parent but the connection you once had with your partner may feel strained, distant, or less intimate.
Drew helps women struggling with the identity shifts (self-confidence, anxiety/depression, and loss of self) and mothers navigate maternal mental health, mom guilt, intrusive thoughts, mom rage, and rediscovering you beyond the role of “mom”. She also helps couples rebuild intimacy, align on parenting, strengthen communicate skills, and address attachment or past trauma that shows up in your relationship. When working with Drew, you will be provided a compassionate, judgment-free space where you don't have to pretend you’re fine when you’re not. She brings years of helping families, from a trauma-informed and LGBTQIA affirmative therapeutic lens, honor their stories and transition into new phases that fit their unique needs.
